Software for merchants who already have a static QRIS from their merchant account. From that QRIS, Konek QR makes a QR with the amount for every invoice, a payment page with your brand, and automatic payment confirmation to a webhook or Telegram.

No. Buyers pay your own QRIS, so the money lands in your merchant account without stopping with us. Konek QR only reads the news of the payment through the Listener app on your phone, then tells your system.

The QR is made from your own static QRIS: the same content, with the amount added. Konek QR does not issue QRIS and is not affiliated with Bank Indonesia, ASPI, GoPay, DANA or ShopeePay. When paying, buyers still see the registered name and NMID of your QRIS.

No. An email address and the static QRIS you already have are enough. You prove the QRIS is yours by paying a small amount into it, which Listener then detects.

Each invoice gets a random unique code of Rp1–499, so a Rp25,000 price becomes, say, Rp25,193. Payment notifications from a merchant account only state the amount, not who paid, so this code is what keeps two orders at the same price apart. If you would rather buyers not pay extra, switch the unique code to come off the price: Rp25,000 becomes, for example, Rp24,807.

Exactly the total on the payment page or in the QR, unique code included. When the QR already carries the amount, your app fills it in. If you pay a different amount, the payment cannot be matched automatically and the seller has to check it by hand.

A payment up to 24 hours after expiry is still matched and marked "paid late". You decide whether that order still goes ahead.

Any bank or e-wallet app that can pay a QRIS. The news of the payment comes from your merchant app, not from the buyer’s app.

An Android phone, ideally Android 11 or newer, signed in to the merchant app that receives your QRIS payments, with Konek QR Listener installed. Safest is a dedicated cashier phone that stays on charge. iPhones cannot detect payments, because iOS does not let apps read other apps’ notifications.

The money still lands in your account. Listener keeps the payment notices on the phone and sends them once it is back online; matching uses the time the notification appeared on the phone, so it still counts as on time. If the phone is silent for 7 minutes, you are told by webhook or Telegram.

Listener is shared as an APK from the dashboard, after you log in. The download page shows the SHA-256, the certificate fingerprint and a VirusTotal scan link, so you can check the file you install yourself.

100 successful transactions a month are free. After that, 0.7% of the amount of each automatically detected transaction, rounded up to the rupiah and taken from your balance. No monthly fee and no withdrawal fee from Konek QR.

No. Invoices you mark as paid yourself never use the quota and never carry a fee, however many there are.

A prepaid balance used only for Konek QR fees. Top it up by QRIS, from Rp10,000. It cannot be transferred or cashed out. If it goes negative, live QRs stop until you top up; test mode keeps working.

Yes. Test mode makes QRs that cannot be paid, and you can simulate the payment from the dashboard or the API. Test transactions never use your quota.

Open the delivery log in the dashboard. Webhook Doctor names the usual causes, such as a Cloudflare challenge, Laravel CSRF (419), a redirect or a TLS certificate, with the fix. Konek QR retries for about 3 days, and even without a public URL you can read events through GET /v1/events.
