Konek QR

Balance Policy

The fee balance pays only Konek QR fees: how to top up, when fees are taken, negative balances, and refunds when an account closes.

This policy governs the Konek QR fee balance: how to top it up, how it is used, and what happens when an account is closed. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. What the fee balance is

The fee balance is a prepaid balance on your Konek QR account that is used only to pay Konek QR fees: 0.7% per successful, automatically detected transaction once the free quota of 100 transactions a month is used up.

The fee balance:

  • cannot be transferred to another account;
  • cannot be withdrawn or cashed out;
  • earns no interest and cannot buy any other goods or services;
  • is not a deposit, cannot be used outside Konek QR, and has nothing to do with your buyers' money. Buyers' money always goes straight into your merchant account and never passes through Konek QR.

2. Topping up

  1. Top up from the Saldo (balance) menu in the dashboard. You are taken to a payment page with Konek QR's own QRIS; that payment is received and processed by Konek QR itself, as payment for our service fees.
  2. A top-up is at least Rp10,000, and the balance is at most Rp10,000,000 per account.
  3. Like any invoice, the top-up payment page uses a unique code. Your balance grows by the total you pay, unique code included.
  4. The balance grows as soon as the payment is detected. If our detection is disrupted, an admin confirms it by hand. If your balance has not grown 30 minutes after you paid, send proof of payment to [email protected].
  5. A top-up payment page is valid for 60 minutes. Pay the total shown. If you pay a different amount, or pay after the page has expired, contact us with proof of payment; we credit it to your balance once checked.

3. How the balance is used

  1. The fee is taken automatically when a live invoice is paid and detected by the Listener, once that month's free quota is used up. It is 0.7% of the amount paid, rounded up to the rupiah.
  2. Manual confirmations, test mode, QRIS verification payments and top-ups never pay a fee.
  3. Every credit and deduction is recorded in the balance history, which you can view and export to CSV from the dashboard. The history can only be added to, never changed or deleted. Corrections by an admin are recorded as new lines with their reason.

4. Negative balance

  1. Invoices already created can still be paid and still pay the fee when the balance has run out, so the balance can go negative.
  2. While the balance is negative, new live invoices and payment links stop until you top up. Test mode keeps working, and invoices already created are still matched.
  3. While top-ups are not yet open to the public, a negative balance does not stop live invoices.
  4. A negative balance remains yours to pay. The NMID of an account closed with a negative balance cannot be registered again until it is paid.

5. Refunds

  1. The balance is not refunded while the account is active.
  2. When an account is closed, a positive remaining balance may be refunded at the admin's discretion, by paying it into your verified QRIS, after deducting any fees still owed.
  3. A refund may be held while a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy is being examined, or while there is a lawful request from law enforcement.
  4. The balance does not expire and is never forfeited while your account is active.

6. Fee changes

If the fee or the free quota changes, we tell you by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before it applies. Changes never apply to fees already taken.

7. Questions and disputes

If you believe a deduction is wrong, email [email protected] with the subject "Saldo" within 30 days of it, with the invoice ID or the line in your balance history. If it was wrong, we correct it with an adjustment line in your balance history.

8. Language

This policy is written in Indonesian and English. If the two differ, the Indonesian version applies.
