Telegram notifications

Connect the Konek QR Telegram bot to your chat or group.

Konek QR can tell you through the Telegram bot @KonekQR_bot whenever an invoice is paid, a payment matches no invoice, or a Listener phone goes offline. Every night the bot also sends the End-of-day recap. No server or code needed.

Chat notifications are for live events only: test invoices are not sent here, so they are never mistaken for real payments.

Connect a private chat

  1. Open app.konekqr.web.id/notifications (the Notifications menu).
  2. In the Telegram section, press Connect Telegram. The dashboard gives you a https://t.me/KonekQR_bot?start=… link, valid for 10 minutes and usable once.
  3. Press Open Telegram (or open the link on a phone that has Telegram), then press Start.
  4. The bot replies that the chat is connected, and the Notifications page updates by itself.

Connect a group (for example the owner and cashier group)

  1. Add @KonekQR_bot to the group.
  2. In the dashboard, press Connect Telegram and copy the code in the link: the part after ?start=.
  3. Send this in the group: /start@KonekQR_bot CODE.

One account connects to one Telegram chat. Connecting another chat moves the notifications to the new chat, with the same choice of events.

Choose what you hear about

On the Telegram card of the Notifications page:

  • Send news about: pick the events. By default payment.paid (invoice paid), payment.unmatched (a payment arrived with no matching invoice, for example a buyer who paid the static QR directly), and device.offline (no news from a Listener phone for 7 minutes). You can add payment.expired, payment.cancelled and device.online.
  • Daily End-of-day recap: once a day, for the last 24 hours: paid totals per provider, direct payments that matched no invoice, invoices still pending, and the hours a Listener was offline. Set the time it is sent at the top of the page (WIB, 21:00 by default). If the server had trouble, the recap is still sent later the same day.

If you clear every event, that chat receives only the recap.

Stop

Type /stop in the bot chat (or in the group), or press Disconnect in the dashboard. If the bot is blocked, Konek QR lets go of that chat automatically.
